The British Soap Awards  2015 At The Manchester's Palace Theatre. Hosted by Phillip Schofield.

Best Dramatic Performance: - Nominees - Kellie Bright who plays Linda Carter in EastEnders. Simon Grefson as Steve McDonald in Coronation street. Natalie Anderson as Alicia Metcalf in Emmerdale and Lorna Laidlaw as Mrs Temble in Doctors. To present the award was EastEnders original landlady, Anita Dobson.


Best Dramatic Performance Winner - Kellie Bright, aka Linda Carter from EastEnders.

Best Young Performance: Nominees - Ellie Leach who plays Faye Windass in Coronation Street. Jack Carroll as Peter Harker in Doctors. Eliot Carrington as Bobby Beale in EastEnders and Ruby O’Donnell who plays Peri Lomax  in Hollyoaks and Amelia Flanagan as April Windsor in Emmerdale. To present the award was Little Ant & Dec.


Best Young Performance Winner  - Amelia Flanagan, aka April Windsor in Emmerdale.

Best Single Episode: Nominees - Unfinished business, Doctors. Rob’s confession, Coronation Street, Andy goes to the brink, Emmerdale. The EastEnders Live Episode and Ste’s HIV diagnosis, Hollyoaks. To present the award was the Brookside actress and comedian Deborah Stevenson and the Royal Family actor Ricky Tomlinson.

Best Single Episode Winners - EastEnders Live Episode.

Villain of the year: Nominees - Sean Ward who plays Callum Logan in Coronation Street. Jeremy Sheffield as Patrick Blake in Hollyoaks. Daniel Schutzmann as Franc Christophe in Doctors. John Altman as Nick Cotton in EastEnders and Ryan Hawley as Robert Sugden in Emmerdale.  To present the award was Judge Rinder.

Villain Of The Year Winner - Jeremy Sheffield as Patrick Blake in Hollyoaks.

Best Comedy Performance Nominees - Sarah Moyle as Valerie Pitman in Doctors. Tameka Empson as Kim Fox-Hubbard in EastEnders. Laura Norton as Kerry Wyatt in Emmerdale and Fabrizio Santino as David ‘Ziggy’ Roscoe in Hollyoaks. To present the award was Tom Rosenthal and I forgot her name!

Best Comedy Performance Winner - Sally Dynevor as Sally Webster in Coronation Street.

A  special tribute was made for a great and much loved actor John Bardon who passed away in 2014 after a period of illness. His final acting role was playing Jim Branning, Dot's wife in EastEnders.

Best On-Screen Partnership: Nominees - Coronation Street – Sally Dynevor and Joe Duttine as Sally Webster and Tim Metcalfe. Laurie Brett and Adam Woodyatt as Jane and Ian Beale in EastEnders. Ian Midlane and Jessica Regan as Al Haskey and Niamh Donoghue in Doctors. Ellis Hollins and Ruby O’Donnell as Tom Cunningham and Peri Lomax in Hollyoaks and Verity Rushworth and Michael Parr as Donna Windsor and Ross Barton in Emmerdale. To present the award was Strictly Come Dancing stars Flavia Cacace and Vincent Simone.

Best On-Screen Partnership Winners - Laurie Brett and Adam Woodyatt as Jane and Ian Beale in EastEnders.
